So, how does it work?

Personal Assessment
First, we start you off with an in-depth assessment to help me understand everything from your lifestyle, your goals, past history, body composition, etc. This gives us a clear view of how to map out your journey

Build Habit Framework

We'll build a completely customized framework based on what will yield the best results for you and your lifestyle. This framework will be in the form of a habit map with up to 20 different healthy lifestyle habits specifically geared towards your success.

Habit Implementation

We will strategically introduce your habits to you one at a time at a controlled pace, including lessons, infographics, and of course, personal coaching. We ensure we give you all the tools to master that habit before moving on to the next one. This powerful process ensures you retain that habit for the long term.

Habit Mastery

Once you graduate from the implementation phase, we move into the mastery phase. Here you will hone your healthy lifestyle skills and eventually move on to "spread your wings." I am here for support, but my goal is to set you off on your own without needing me or my services—something many coaches don't do. I even encourage and mentor clients who wish to become coaches after having such a rewarding experience!

Whatever obstacles arise, I will help you overcome them by modifying your program or offering new solutions. I'm part nutrition coach, part science-geek, part caring friend. 


You’ll be able to reach out to me at anytime through phone, FB messenger, or Email. I’ll regularly review your progress, offer insights, and check in with you to provide support and guidance. You can also participate in our private Facebook community of peers who are going through the program at the same time. Their shared knowledge, experiences, and support can help you go much further than you could on your own.

  • On-boarding: discovery call (or chat) with me, your coach. We talk about where you've been, where you are, and where you want to go

  • Quick-Start Guide: PDF with meal portioning guide, shopping list, and more​!

  • Customized Guided Habits: throughout the course of the program, slowly learn a new healthy habit every two weeks or so to build a serious foundation to your new self 

  • Lessons and Practices: work on your habits every day included with articles, videos, etc.

  • Private Facebook Support Group: connect with other people in the program to share experiences, challenges, and helpful ideas!

  • Helpful Infographics: easy-to-read visual PDF guides to help you through your journey

  • Monitored Progress Tracking: if applicable, we set you up with a way to track measurements, weight, before/progress/after photos, etc.

  • Unlimited Messaging: the beauty of online coaching is that I'm available to you more than an in-person coach is. Message through the text, Email, FaceBook anytime you need me!

  • One-on-one Coaching Calls: you and I get some one-on-one time to review progress and cover what we can't cover effectively through messaging or Email. We come up with a frequency that works best for you on this.

We stand behind everything we do, and we want to make this super easy for our clients to try. We don't believe in locking clients into contracts—the results from the program speak for themselves. This is why you can start the program and if for some reason you're not happy with any part of it, you can cancel your membership at any time up to 7 days prior to next month's billing. It's that simple.
