Client Spotlight: Cathy!


We'd love to shine some light on one of our AMAZING clients, Cathy R. from Pennsylvania!



Cathy's was enrolled in our 12-month Online Nutrition and Fitness Program. Only a couple months in, she already made incredible progress in her body, the way she feels, and her health. Throughout the program, she's gained strength, confidence, energy, better posture, lost 17 lbs and down 18"!!  Most importantly, her overall health and condition as a diabetic has greatly improved as a result of her efforts, even lowering her A1C levels. We're absolutely thrilled by her success and super proud of her!


So, enough from us, we asked Cathy a few questions to help you get to know her a little better!


Let’s start with a non-fitness question. What is your favorite thing about yourself?

I enjoy helping people. Since I retired I volunteer with Habitat for Humanity, do volunteer taxes, veterans projects and many other local events.


What made you decide to take control of your health?

A desire to be around for my grandchild and future grandchildren


What was your original goal?

To develop a good exercise routine and lose 10lb


What kind of progress have you seen?

More energy, the need to buy a smaller belt, good feelings about myself and lower A1C and daily blood readings.


What has been the most challenging thing along the way?

Not quitting when I felt like I wanted to.


What has been the most rewarding part of this journey?

By not quitting, I have more energy, developing firmness in my arms and legs, and overall I can do it attitude.


Where do you see yourself going from here? What are some goals you are working toward currently?

Working to keep up the good work I have achieved so far by making sure I follow through on the habits that are built upon. My goals now are much the same but taking it a day at a time.


What advice would you give to someone who is on the fence about taking action and making the first step towards the body and lifestyle they’ve always wanted?

Whatever you are doing now ask, how is it working for you? If it is not this program most likely will. Results happen because one develops habits not restrictions to follow.
