Move Over, Margarita: Paloma Cocktail

OK, many of us would probably agree that a properly made Margarita is one of the best cocktails out there. BUT, have you ever heard of the Paloma?
This Mexican tequila-based cocktail is just as, if not more, refreshing and delicious than it's cousin-cocktail, making it a perfect option for those warm summer days. These work great for a party (especially Taco parties!) and have proven to be a repeat crowd-pleaser!
So, what are we waiting for... here's how to make it!
Paloma Cocktail
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Fresh grapefruit juice (you can use something not-from-concentrate like Simply Grapefruit)
1TB Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1 TSP dark agave nectar
1/4 cup Tequila reposado
1/4 cup Plain seltzer (grapefruit flavored if you have it)
Coarse sea salt
Lime and/or Grapefruit wedges for garnish
Combine grapefruit juice, lime juice, agave nectar and tequila into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for about 15-30 seconds.
Use a lime wedge to rim the edge of a rocks glass, and place the rim into a shallow dish of the coarse sea salt. Gently shake off any excess salt. Carefully fill the glass with ice.
Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass, leaving about 1/4 space on top. Top off with seltzer and garnish with a lime and grapefruit wedge. Enjoy! Cheers!
