So fresh and so clean: Cucumber Blueberry Gin Smash

I'm not sure there's a more refreshing cocktail you're going to make this summer. This drink will bring together gin lovers and non-lovers alike, and would be a sure crowd-pleaser at your next summer outing! Not to mention, this falls into the "clean cocktails" category in my book -- so enjoy! Two? :)

Cucumber Blueberry Gin Smash
Ingredients:
3oz quality gin (Hendrick's recommended)
2 slices of lemon (1/4" thick)
7-10 mint leaves + 1 sprig
10 or so fresh blueberries
2" thick piece of cucumber, sliced (reserve a couple thin slices for garnish)
1 tsp Dark Agave Nectar
Plain seltzer (optional)
Ice
Instructions:
Combine one slice of lemon, mint leaves, 7 blueberries, cucumber slices, agave nectar and gin into a shaker. Muddle well.
Fill with ice and Shake vigorously for about 15-30 seconds.
Prepare a small rocks glass filled with ice and pour shaker contents (minus the ice) over the ice in the glass.
Top with plain seltzer (optional)
Garnish with a slice of lemon, a sprig of mint, slice of cucumber, and remaining blueberries.
Now we're talkin'.
Let us know whatcha think!
